Some Obsessions Are Worth Waiting For
Some products available through Dirty Little Shop are offered as pre-orders.
A pre-order lets you secure a product before it is ready for fulfilment.
Whenever something is being sold this way, we will clearly identify it as a Pre-Order on the relevant product page.
When Will My Pre-Order Ship?
Every pre-order is different.
The individual product page will contain the best available information about when that particular item is expected to be fulfilled.
Please check that information before placing your order.
Expected fulfilment dates are estimates unless we explicitly state otherwise.
Ordering a Pre-Order and an In-Stock Product Together
This is important.
If your basket contains:
an item available now + a pre-order item
the products will be automatically split into separate fulfilments.
Due to the way our fulfilment system operates, we cannot currently offer customers the option to hold the in-stock product until the pre-order becomes available.
What Does That Mean for Shipping?
Because the items require separate shipments, you may be charged separate shipping fees.
Any relevant shipping charges will be shown during checkout.
Why Do We Do This?
It means your available products don't have to sit waiting for weeks or months simply because another item in the same purchase hasn't been released yet.
The available part of the order can make its way to you while the pre-order remains safely reserved until fulfilment begins.
Moving House Before Your Pre-Order Arrives?
We know there can sometimes be a significant gap between ordering and fulfilment.
If your shipping address changes, please tell us before your pre-order enters fulfilment.
Complete our support form and include:
- Your order number
- Your original shipping address
- Your new shipping address
You can provide your new address details by clicking here.
We'll do our best to update the order before it enters fulfilment, but once the dispatch process has begun we may no longer be able to amend the address.
