Important Pre-order Information:

Items marked as "Pre-order" have a clearly indicated estimated shipping date on the product page.

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, please note that the order will be held and shipped in full once all items become available.

Prefer split shipping? If you'd like the available items sooner, please place separate orders for pre-order and available products, or contact us directly after ordering to arrange split shipping. Note: Additional shipping charges may apply.

When will my product be shipped? We aim to ship all orders within 7 days of receipt. Orders are shipped every Friday. For example, if you place an order on a Friday afternoon, it may not be dispatched until the following Friday.

How will I know when my order has been shipped? You’ll receive an email from Royal Mail with tracking information, as well as a confirmation from our shop when your order has been packaged and scheduled for collection. All packages are shipped with tracking to ensure nothing gets lost.

Do you offer international shipping? Yes, we offer international shipping to make our products accessible worldwide. Please note that additional charges may apply for international shipping, and these fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

What are your shipping costs? Shipping costs vary based on the supplier and your location. These charges are automatically calculated and displayed at checkout. If you have questions, our customer support team is happy to assist.

Customs & Import Taxes For international orders, customs charges and taxes may apply, depending on your country’s regulations. These fees are the buyer’s responsibility.
